- Instruments cleaned in an ultrasonic bath to remove debris before sterilization
- Bagged and sealed, then autoclaved at 134 °C with steam-pressure sterilization
- Biological indicators (spore tests) run weekly to verify autoclave performance
- Single-use items (needles, gloves, barriers) disposed of after every patient
- Operatory surfaces and chair disinfected with hospital-grade solution between appointments
